In HOW's Self-Promotion Design Annual: the city guide to Denver for the AIGA Design Conference

A year ago the AIGA National Design Conference came to town and 6,000 attendees each received a guide to Denver created by a team of locals, including myself. It was a big project that was a lot of fun, a ton of work and now it's featured in HOW Magazine's Self Promotion Design Annual (Oct. 2008).
The guide's cover features a Colorado-themed illustration by Jason Thielke that was cut into eight pieces so that attendees could compare their books.
To develop the content, dozens of Colorado designers suggested hundreds of their favorite places in town. Their submissions were placed on a giant map and a team of creatives divided Denver into its ten best intersections, each serving as the heart of a neighborhood covered in the book. The intro to each neighborhood section was designed by a local firm or freelancer. Here's who was involved:

Andy: It was such a pleasure working with you and all of the talented designers on this project. I'm still amazed at how it all came together. The recognition in How magazine is icing on the cake.
